No Time To Go To The Gym?
Check out these home workout videos. You won’t need much more than your body and a little bit of floorspace. They vary in length but are usually 10 minutes or more. The aim is to complete them several times in a row with a minute or two to recover between viewings.
Full Body High Intensity Home Workout (dumbbells required)
A workout using dumbbells which works all aspects of the body with little or no rest periods between each exercise.
Low Impact Full Body Workout
Good for people with bad knees or neighbours below who complain about noise. This workout covers the whole body but doesn’t consist of any jumping around.
A pretty intense cardiovascular workout consisting of exercises which work the legs and abdominal areas.
Dom Thorpe’s Original Home Workout Video
The first home workout video I ever recorded and it’s pretty intense. Full body and no equipment needed except a chair.
Elizabeth Bishop’s Home Workout Video
Try this if you don’t mind being referred to as Elizabeth. Not too intense and suitable for the more mature population too.
Nikki’s Home Workout Video
Try this if you don’t mind being referred to as Nikki. A fairly low intensity full body workout suitable for all but maybe too easy for some of those hard-nuts out there.
Hannah’s Home Workout Video
Try this if you don’t mind being referred to as Hannah. A reasonably intense workout to be done in small spaces.
Camilla’s Home Workout Video
Try this if you don’t mind being referred to as Camilla. A mega intense home workout using a kettle bell.
A seasonal workout with Christmas themed exercises. Pretty intense, even if I do say so myself. No equipment required.
Camilla & Matteo home workout video
One for that tag-team workout. Not for the faint hearted.
